A Season of Renewal: Mind, Body & Spirit
Inspired by a season of renewal and new beginnings, these are rituals and tools that can restore balance and bring more peace, movement, and intention into everyday life.
1. Hatch Restore 3
We’ve used the Hatch baby alarm clock and sound machine for both of our kids, and I finally got the Restore 3 for myself. With a sunrise alarm, sound machine, meditation library, and soft reading light, it creates a calming wind-down routine and wakes you gradually with light instead of a harsh alarm.
I’m working on breaking my habit of scrolling at night and reaching for texts, emails, and Instagram first thing by keeping my phone out of the bedroom. Waking up to soft light and sound — instead of my phone — is a small shift that makes mornings feel more peaceful and intentional.
2. Flamingo Estate Adriatic Muscatel Sage Candle
Lighting a candle can instantly create a calming atmosphere that encourages slowing down and being present. Flamingo Estate has the most amazing, clean, luxurious candles. Inspired by the gardens and orchards of the brand’s Los Angeles hillside estate, each candle is designed to evoke nature with the most beautiful botanical scents. This one smells like a spa with hints of sage, lavender, and rosemary.
3. Melissa Wood Health
MWH is my go-to for mindful movement, especially in this season of renewal . Her low-impact, intentional workouts focus on breath, alignment, and gentle strength — helping you feel toned, centered, and energized without burnout. It’s movement that restores as much as it strengthens.

4. Joovv Solo 3.0
A full-body, medical-grade red and near-infrared light therapy device designed for convenient at-home treatments. This was a big, recent investment for me and one of the highest-quality full-body panels available. It emits specific wavelengths that have been studied for their potential to support muscle recovery, sleep quality, circulation, and skin health.
I love that it’s white instead of black, so it blends into my bedroom. You can choose between a floor stand, wall mount, or door mount — I opted for the floor stand for flexibility. I’m planning to use it daily during my morning or wind-down routine, and stack it with other wellness rituals like guided meditation, at-home workouts, foam rolling, dry brushing, and more.

5. Highland Yoga in Buckhead
One of my favorite local yoga studios in Buckhead that offers heated vinyasa. Their classes blend strength, breath, and mindfulness in a way that leaves you feeling both energized and grounded. Taking time to step into a calm studio space—even once a week—can be such a powerful reset. They now have 7 studios in the Atlanta area to choose from.

6. The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren
An oldie but a goodie. My mom gave me this Christian devotional-style book a few years ago, and I recently picked it back up. In the spirit of Easter, it’s a meaningful read for anyone looking to deepen their Christian faith this spring. Designed as a 40-day journey, it serves as a roadmap for spiritual growth, guiding readers through reflections on faith, purpose, and daily living with thoughtful questions and practical applications throughout.
7. Leath The Field House
This is the best at-home microgreens system I’ve found — a recent discovery via Poosh. It features a sleek, all-in-one design with built-in LED lighting, a self-watering system, and durable trays for growing fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens right on your countertop. It’s simple for everyday use and chic enough to leave out.
I just ordered this and can’t wait to start growing our own. Microgreens are already a staple in our diet and I know my kids will love being part of this process too.
8. Open App
As an alternative to Headspace, I’ve been trying out Open — and I’m loving it so far. It blends breathwork, meditation, movement, and sound into sessions that feel modern and easy to stick with. I like the movement options when I don't feel like sitting still, especially in the morning. If traditional meditation feels intimidating or rigid, this is a great place to start.
In our hyper-stimulated world, carving out moments to slow down, be still, and get quiet feels more important than ever. We’re so addicted to our phones and constant interaction that simply taking time to breathe and meditate can feel uncomfortable at first. But I’m intentionally prioritizing it in my daily routine because I know how powerful it is for regulating my nervous system and supporting my mental health.
9. National Geographic Flower & Herb Gardening Kit for Kids
I just ordered this spring gardening kit for my kids—it comes with everything they need to plant, decorate, and watch their very own herb and flower garden grow and produce. I love a good screen-free kids activity like this. Gardening teaches them patience, responsibility, and connection to nature—and kids love watching something they plant grow.
10. Bon Charge Demi Red Light Therapy Device
Not ready to invest in a full-body redlight panel? This device is another amazing high-quality red and near-infrared light therapy device from brand I love and trust that's less expensive and covers half the body in a single session. It's only 8.66 inches x 2.56 inches which would be very convenient and easy to carry with you anywhere around your house. Use code JESSBEWELL for 15% off Bon Charge products.
