Spring Detox at Home
Spring detox starts at home. From reducing everyday exposures to supporting circulation, recovery, and cellular health, these tools help create a cleaner home and promote overall wellness from the inside out.
1. Clearlight Sanctuary 3 in Mahogany
I’ve been wanting an at-home infrared sauna for a while, and this is the one on my wish list. I prefer a 3-person model for the extra space to stretch while using it.
Clearlight saunas are known for their ultra-low EMF levels (often measuring below ~1 milligauss), significantly lower than many other infrared sauna brands. Their proprietary True Wave™ heating system combines ceramic and carbon heaters to deliver full-spectrum infrared wavelengths—near, mid, and far—for more even, efficient heat. They’re built with eco-certified, low-VOC wood and non-toxic materials, and come with one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry, covering heaters, wood, and electrical components for residential use. It’s a long-term investment that can truly turn your home into a personal wellness retreat.
If interested in purchasing a Clearlight sauna, email Sage directly: Sage@HealwithHeat.com , DM @clearlightsaunas100 or call 800-317-5070 and mention my name or ‘Jess Be Well’ for an exclusive discount.
2. Jolie Showerhead
My filtered shower head. It’s so easy to swap out and can make a noticeable difference for your skin and hair.
The Jolie helps reduce chlorine, heavy metals, and other contaminants that can contribute to dryness, eczema, irritation, dullness, and changes in hair texture or color. We’ve had ours for over a year and love it. The filter is simple to replace (we change ours every 3 months), and the water pressure is still great. Our skin and hair truly feel the difference.
3. TheraGun Relief by Therabody
If you don’t have one of these yet, it’s worth considering. We use this regularly at home. It’s a percussive massage tool that helps stimulate circulation and support lymphatic flow. Using gentle pressure along lymphatic pathways can help encourage the movement of stagnant fluid—supporting one of the body’s natural detox processes. It’s also great for relieving muscle tension and reducing soreness.
4. Windmill Air Purifier for Home
We love our air purifier. It’s not only effective, but blends seamlessly into our bedroom without being an eyesore. This HEPA purifier uses a 3-in-1 filtration system to capture 99.97% of airborne particles, including pollen, dust, pet dander, and smoke. Indoor air can often be more polluted than outdoor air, and since we spend so much time inside, air quality really matters. This is a simple, effective way to help keep your home environment cleaner.
5. Aquasana Rhino
We’ve been exploring the idea of installing a whole-house water filtration system, and this is one that’s been on my wish list.
The Aquasana Rhino® Max Flow is designed to reduce up to 97% of chlorine while maintaining a strong flow rate. It can last up to 1,000,000 gallons or around 10 years, filtering water throughout your entire home—helping reduce chlorine, heavy metals, pesticides, and other common contaminants before the water reaches your taps or shower.
It’s an investment, but may be worth considering when thinking about long-term home and wellness upgrades.
6. Lifepro Vibration Plate Machine
A simple at-home tool that uses gentle vibrations to stimulate muscles, circulation, and lymphatic flow. Standing or doing light movements on the plate can help activate the lymphatic system, which supports the body’s natural detox pathways by helping move excess fluid and waste through the body. It’s an easy, low-impact way to support circulation, muscle recovery, and overall wellness in just a few minutes a day. I just moved mine from the basement, into my closet, to make this daily habit easier to stick with.
7. JumpSport 39" Essential Fitness Trampoline
A mini trampoline designed for low-impact movement that supports lymphatic flow and circulation. This is the same rebounder we used at my fitness studio in our bounce class. I use it frequently and so do my kids.
Rebounding helps gently stimulate the lymphatic system, which plays a key role in the body’s natural detox pathways by moving excess fluid and waste out of tissues. Just a few minutes of bouncing each day can help boost energy, improve circulation, and support overall wellness. JumpSport is one of the highest-quality rebounders on the market, known for its durable construction and smooth, quiet bounce.
8. TriggerPoint Grid 1.0 Foam Roller 13"
The foam roller we keep in our bedroom—this beautiful blue color makes it easy to leave out and actually use daily. Keeping it visible has made this habit so much more consistent.
Foam rolling helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and support lymphatic flow by gently stimulating the fascia and soft tissues. It can reduce soreness, improve mobility, and support recovery after workouts or long days of sitting.
This foam roller features a textured surface designed to mimic a massage therapist’s hands, helping target tight areas more effectively than traditional smooth rollers. Just a few minutes a day can make a noticeable difference in how your body feels and moves.
9. Dr. Dennis Gross DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro
My at-home LED light therapy mask that uses red and blue light wavelengths to support clearer, healthier-looking skin. One of my best friends convinced me to splurge on it—and I’m so glad I did. Red light helps stimulate collagen and reduce inflammation, while blue light targets acne-causing bacteria. It’s an easy, three-minute addition to a skincare routine that helps support the skin—one of the body’s natural detox organs—by keeping pores clear and reducing breakouts.
10. JBW Produce Rinse Recipe
A simple, natural way I like to clean fruits and vegetables before eating is using either a vinegar or baking soda soak, depending on what I’m washing. You can mix 3–4 parts water with 1 part distilled white vinegar to help reduce bacteria and mold, or use 1 teaspoon of baking soda for every 2 cups of water, which is especially effective for removing dirt, residue, and surface pesticides.
Simply soak produce fully submerged for about 10 minutes (closer to 5 minutes for delicate berries), then rinse well. For berries, I like to lay them out on a towel-lined sheet pan to dry completely before storing in the fridge—this helps prevent them from getting mushy. Full recipe and measurements are in my Instagram post which is linked above.
