La Bonne Brosse N.03 Small Brush
Not a wellness essential, but a luxury travel brush I love. I've had my Mason Pearson brush—gifted to me—for more than 20 years, and while I'll always love it, I honestly prefer this small La Bonne Brosse. The compact size is perfect to take with me in my purse or pack for travel, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and the soft boar bristles are very gentle on both the hair and scalp. It leaves my hair smooths, adds shine, and leaves my hair looking healthier with every use.

Packing cubes are one of my non-negotiable travel essentials. I've been using them ever since having kids, and now everyone in our family has a set. Primally Pure Blue Tansy Deodorant in Travel Size
My non-toxic deodorant (that actually works) in travel size. I also have the charcoal one, but Blue Tansy is my favorite. It’s free of aluminum, parabens, fragrance, triclosan, talc, and propylene glycol, and formulated with a small amount of baking soda that keeps me smelling fresh.

One of the easiest ways to support your gut while traveling. I've been on the hunt for a cleaner gel nail polish this year, and I finally found it. After years of SNS and traditional gel manicures, my nails became paper-thin, so I took a break and gave them time to recover.
